Archiving Policy

The International Journal of Global Human Behavior Review (IJGHBR) is committed to the long-term preservation, accessibility, and integrity of its published scholarly content. The journal implements a structured digital archiving strategy to ensure that all articles remain permanently accessible to the global academic community, irrespective of technical failures or operational interruptions.

Through the adoption of recognized preservation systems and best practices, IJGHBR ensures that its scholarly record remains secure, authentic, and continuously available for academic use and citation.

Digital Preservation Strategy

The journal follows a systematic approach to archiving and preservation, ensuring redundancy, accessibility, and long-term reliability of published content:

1. External Archiving via PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN)

All published articles are automatically deposited in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN). This ensures that an independent and secure copy of each article is preserved outside the journal’s primary hosting platform, protecting content from data loss, cyber threats, or server failure.

2. Guaranteed Long-Term Accessibility

The preservation system ensures uninterrupted access to all published materials. In the event of journal discontinuation or platform disruption, archived content remains accessible to the academic community through trusted preservation networks.

3. Preservation of Version of Record

All archived content is maintained in its final published form, also known as the Version of Record. This guarantees the authenticity, accuracy, and consistency of scholarly work over time.

4. Compliance with International Standards

The journal adheres to globally recognized digital preservation standards and protocols. This ensures compatibility with indexing services, archiving systems, and long-term scholarly communication requirements.

Self-Archiving and Repository Policy

IJGHBR supports open access principles and permits authors to deposit their published work in institutional repositories, subject repositories, and personal or professional platforms.

Authors are encouraged to archive the final published version of their article, provided that full bibliographic details and proper acknowledgment of the journal as the original source of publication are clearly included.

Data Security and System Reliability

The journal employs secure hosting infrastructure and routine backup procedures to ensure the safety and stability of its digital content. Multiple layers of data protection are implemented to prevent unauthorized access, data corruption, or accidental loss.

These measures ensure continuity of access and preservation of all published materials in a secure digital environment.

Ongoing Commitment

IJGHBR continuously evaluates and enhances its archiving practices to align with technological advancements and international publishing standards. The journal remains committed to preserving scholarly knowledge in a reliable, transparent, and sustainable manner.
